Refund Policy
At Wumble, every box is built to order. Because our products are custom-curated and produced specifically for your team, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
Before Production
We will never begin production without your explicit approval. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, you may do so at any point before you provide sign-off. There is no charge for changes or cancellations made at this stage.
After Sign-Off
Once you have approved your kit plan and production has commenced, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations. This is because all products are sourced, customised, and produced specifically for your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what was approved, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery at hello@wumble.com.au. We will assess the issue and, where applicable, replace the affected items at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
As all orders are custom-produced, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
