Production Time

Once you have approved your kit plan, production typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on the complexity of your order, product availability, and customisation requirements. We will always confirm your expected production timeline before you sign off.

Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Standard delivery takes 14 to 35 business days from the date your order leaves our production partner. Express options may be available on request, depending on your timeline and location.

For bulk orders or time-sensitive deliveries, please let us know when submitting your kit plan and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Your quote will always include a full breakdown of delivery costs before you approve anything. There are no hidden fees.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping

At this stage, Wumble delivers within Australia only. If you have an international requirement, please get in touch and we will see what we can do.
